Reservation Terms & Conditions

• Reservations are only good for the date specified in the reservation.
• All fields must be completed in order for the reservation to be processed.
• If paying by check or money order, you must include your phone number including area code and the reservation date in the "Memo" section of the check.
• Reservations expire 2 hours after event opening on the day of the reservation unless other arrangements have been made and documented by Vista Mobility.
• Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.
• Payment for reservation must be received by Vista Mobility in advance in order to be processed if Pre-payment is required.
• Upon claiming reservation you agree to complete a rental agreement and leave with Vista Mobility as a security deposit one of the following:
  *Drivers License or State issued ID.
  *Major Credit Card
